The DZS7 series circuit breaker is a new-generation design introduced by Siemens, replacing the DZ108 (3VE) series. It represents a new type of circuit breaker with a 1990s level of technology. This series consists of DZS7-25 and DZS7-63 . It is suitable for AC 50/60 Hz applications, with a rated insulation voltage of 750V, a rated operational voltage of 690V, and a DZS7-25: 0.1-25A; DZS7-63: 0.1-63A. It is used for motor overload protection, short-circuit protection, and phase-failure protection. It can also serve as a direct-on-line starter for starting and breaking motors, and as line protection for circuits with rated currents from 0.1A to 63A.
